Who we are

Resource Consultants ("we", "us") is a registered assumed name of John Gann, a sole proprietor in Fort Worth, Texas. We build and run the software products listed on rcpbs.com, including ESMGR, RBAMGR, MediationOS and Quick Court Doc. This policy covers rcpbs.com and the text messages our products send.

Each product has its own privacy policy for the information you enter while using it. Where a product's policy is more specific, it applies to that product.

What we collect on this site

rcpbs.com collects information only when you send the contact form. The form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your message.
• To keep a record of the conversation in case you follow up.
• To block spam. Our form service keeps a one-way scrambled version of your internet address for a few minutes to limit repeated messages. It does not keep the address itself.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you used the form.

Who handles it for us

Messages are stored with Google Firebase and delivered to our inbox by Brevo, an email service. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.

Text messages (SMS)

Some of our products send text messages, such as auction pickup updates from ESMGR. You only get them if you agree to them in that product, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Program details are in our SMS program terms.

Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent collected for our SMS programs are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our messaging provider) only to deliver the messages you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email john@rcpbs.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This site and our products are meant for adults doing business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
