Resource Consultants
Terms of Use
Last updated October 31, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to rcpbs.com, run by Resource Consultants, a registered assumed name of John Gann, a sole proprietor in Fort Worth, Texas ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. The section headed SMS program terms also applies to anyone who signs up for text messages from one of our products.
Each of our products (ESMGR, RBAMGR, MediationOS and Quick Court Doc) has its own terms, which apply when you use that product.
Using this site
- The site describes our business and products. You may read it, share links to it and contact us through it.
- Don't use the contact form to send spam, harmful code or anything unlawful, and don't try to get around the site's security.
- The Resource Consultants name and logo, and our product names and logos, belong to us. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is". Product descriptions here are summaries. Features, prices and availability are set by each product and can change.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled in Tarrant County, Texas.
SMS program terms
These terms cover text messages sent by our products. They currently apply to one program.
- Program name
- Auction Update by ESMGR
- Who sends it
- ESMGR (Estate Sale Manager), a product of Resource Consultants, on behalf of the estate sale company running the auction.
- Who it's for
- Bidders and winners in online estate sale auctions run with ESMGR, at U.S. mobile numbers.
- What the texts are
- Updates about an auction you took part in: pickup scheduling links, confirmations of your pickup time, reminders before pickup, and notices if your pickup time changes. We do not send marketing texts.
- How often
- Message frequency varies. Most people get a few texts around an auction's pickup days and none after.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. They are set by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the texts.
- To stop
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one text confirming you've opted out, then no more.
- For help
- Reply HELP to any message, or email john@rcpbs.com.
- How you sign up
- You choose to get texts by checking the text-message box when you give your mobile number in ESMGR. Sign-up happens there, not on this site.
- Consent is optional
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can bid, win and pick up your items without them, and email updates work the same either way.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and text consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
